Hi guys
Day 14 no Withdrawel bleed, I’m going to call the clinic tomorrow but has anyone experienced this before?
Thanks
I’m on day 3 and this is my biggest worry as I have PCOS !
I asked what would happen if I didn’t have a period, they said they would put me on the pill for a month to get a period which is another delay in the process 😩
Fingers crossed you get it soon
Xx
Hi, I am currently doing a fet cycle and was on buserelin for 17 days before my bleed showed up. I was due to go in for a blood test on day 15 but they scanned me instead and told me that they couldn't see any reason for the delay and was just a case of waiting. The clinic seemed very unbothered about it all and sent me away saying to call them in a week if it still hasn't come. I know it's hard not to worry because I was thinking it was game over before I even got started but I got there in the end. I'm sure it will come soon and you can move on to next stage xx
Hey love, definitely go to the clinic. I was on buserelin for two weeks and had no bleed. I went for a scan and the buserelin had done the opposite of downregulate, it had stimulated my ovaries. I had four large follicles either side! I had to abandon the cycle, take noriethesterone for two weeks and then have a bleed. Now I'm back on the pill and waiting another 2 weeks to start the oestradiol tablets. On top of that I've missed my transfer window and there's now a waiting list, so they've given me a date end of March.
My reaction is rare, so I'm sure you'll get your bleed, but I wanted to share my story so you're aware there are alternative outcomes.
I’ve called the hospital and they’ve said that we are to wait a few days and see if I get a bleed if by Thursday there’s nothing, then I’m having a scan on the Friday. They said if everything seems normal then they will stop Buserelin and give me tablets (I had them the first time!) thanks for everyone’s comments xx
Best of luck - hope the scan went well.
