Buserelin & progynova.. what time of day to take?

I’m assuming a tablet breakfast, lunchish and dinner plus the buserelin of a eve? How did you ladies take yours x starting meds today let’s do it🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I always took my buserelin in the morning at the same time and spread my estrogen out evenly throughout the day. So if 2 tabs then 12 hours apart etc.xx

I didn’t do the buserlin part on my FET but I am on three estrogen tablets and was told to try and make them roughly 8 hours apart so I do one when I wake up, one mid afternoon and one right before bed x

I take my buserilin and two tablets at 9am then 2 tablets at 8pm xx

I don’t think there’s a right or wrong way to take them as long as you’re consistent. I used to take all of them once a day on an evening. My work varies from day to day so I don’t even have breakfast or lunch at the same time of day and I knew I was at risk of forgetting them if I spread them out over the course of the day. My clinic didn’t actually tell me when to take them so I didn’t even think about spreading them out until I read some threads on here. When I asked the clinic about it they said all at once was fine but some ladies feel a little nauseous on progynova in which case they would advise spreading out over the day.

I do my Burserelin at the same time in the morning just before my brekkie. My clinic recommended the morning but I think they're all different in their thinking xx
