Day 13 buserelin no AF

Hi guys,

I'm new to this chat, and also my 1st round IVF, I started buserelin nasal spray now on day 13 and still no AF, I have all the symptoms of AF but I have had them from very early on taking the drug, I'm now going out of my mind that it's not working, I have called the clinic and awaiting a call back I was supposed to have down reg scan and start stims on the 4th but looks like that's not going to happen now, has anyone else used the nasal spray or had delays in AF, my normal period should have been 5 days ago.

Hi im the same im on day 16 of burserlin i was told to ring the clinic on day 14 if still not had a bleed and im booked in for a scan tomoz im scared these injections arent working as i feel so fine on them its unreal i have sore boobs but thats about it i have no pmt no nothing i dont feel like im due on even through im 4days late xx

Yes I feel the same, I'm a little emotinal but think that's down to me thinking it's not working, my boobs are so sore but the rest of me is fine, the clinic have just called back and have delayed my scan to the 10th April now 😔 I know its all a process but I was so excited to start the next step, they told me its its normal and some women can take a little longer especially on buserelin, they did say if I start AF tonight I can still go in the 4th but I don't think that will happen. Hope all goes well for you and yours turns up soon keep me updated. X

Ive sat and cried as i feel there really not working i guess i will find out at the scan tomorrow if they are working or not im hoping they can give me something to help me bleed ive never wanted to bleed so much lol i new id prob it late my cycle is normaly 32days its just so upsetting when you want to move to the next stage fingers crossed for it your will come see x

When did you start? Was it just after your period? x

Day 20 of my cycle usual cycle for me is between 28 and 30 days x

I was told that I may bleed but they didn't call it a period. I have just had mine and just started with first injection on day 5 of my new cycle. I have to admit I am a little bit confused about this 🤔🤔xx

Well yes a bleed I'm just calling it my period, I'm not on the injections I'm on nasal spray for long protocol so you start at day 20. X
