Which vititmin to take while on blood thinner?

Hi ladies, advice please ,my last fet I just took folic, but recently turned vegan so thought I might need alittle extra ,?

I have just brought pregnacare vititmins

But it states do not take with and blood thinners , which I will be on soon , so what's the best vititmin to take .
