I had counselling privately during the 2ww and found it very helpful - more to process what we had been through before that transfer and accept it, how to process feelings of disappointment and not let the ‘voice’ take over xx

I've just started seeing Talking Therapies (NHS) and I'm hoping they will help!

If you are thinking about it just do it.

If you were told to eat an orange 🍊

to calm your soul during the 2ww you would do it. 🤣🤣🤣😂😂

You need your heart and head strong 💪🏻 in this journey. Take all the help you can get 😘

It takes a strong person to reach out for support 👌🏻 I’ve had counselling this past while for work stress, trauma and wee bit of ivf thrown in . 🤪

My counsellor is male and wonderful . My clinic offer three free sessions which I might use next week to keep me in a good frame of mind .

I wish I’d gone sooner 💖

Pick up the phone and sort it now, you will feel immediately relieved once you have a date and time.

You can do it,

Hugs

Thanks hun x your totally right... I did try to organise some couple of weeks ago but couldn't fit it in around work commitments. I've had sessions a few years ago prior to my first round of ivf and it did help xx

We had counselling (OH and myself) after our BFN and it was very helpful. I would have had it throughout the process if I'd known there were unlimited sessions available at the clinic but was saving them for the possibility of bad news.

Yes my clinic offers counselling. The counsellor told me I could have as a many appointments as I needed (I don’t think they mean that!!) but I have had about 4 throughout the process so far. I can’t recommend it enough so I would say definitely go for it xx
