Hi,

I'm on day 3 post frozen embryo transfer. Has anyone experienced nausea, cramping and back pain after a frozen embryo transfer? If so, is this normal?

Are you taking progesterone or doing a fully natural FET? If using progesterone these are very common side effects. If your symptoms are severe or worrying you always check with your clinic. Best of luck.

Hi

Yes, I did a natural frozen embryo transfer and was given Ovitrelle. I am currently taking progesterone. Ok thanks, yes I will do.

I’m in 2ww, all symptoms are common. Mainly taking rest and drink water much more helps. Ask your clinic if you can take paracetamol. It is normal. Good luck xx

Hi! Im on day 4. Had a little back ache, tiredness and cramps (day 2) But nothing major. Just a little bit here and there! My boobs were a little tingly yesterday but its so confusing whats progesterone and whats not. I’m also on Lubion and clexane so those might be giving me the cramps too

Hi,

I was thinking the same whether it's pregnancy symptoms or the progesterone. I guess only time will tell. Good luck x

hi happy face! Congrats to have gotten to transfer stage! I hope it all goes smoothly and you’ll have positive news soon. These are common symptoms yes. I’m in 2ww also but been taking progesterone prior to transfer. The cramps and nausea I did not feel before transfer 🙏🏼 best wishes!

Thank you same to you too 🤗 I've been taking progesterone too prior to my transfer, starting experiencing these symptoms shortly after the transfer. Thank you you too 🙂

Hi, in my last transfer (number 5) I had cramps and back ache on day 4 and this is the only one that worked but progesterone can cause these symptoms too so it's hard to know.

Hi,

I see, progesterone doesn't make me feel great. But I guess I will know for sure once I'm ready to test.

Hi, I'm nearly at the end of my 2ww after a FET (beta test tomorrow 😬🤞). I had these symptoms on day 3 and then on day 5 I had a tiny bit of spotting and more cramps, did a test that night and got my first BFP!! I've been cramping on and off since, nausea on and off and boobs have started hurting more over the last 3 days. Really hoping for a high number of HCG tomorrow!! Wishing you all the best for yours and I really hope this is your first sign of a BFP on the way too x
