How long until Egg collection?

Hi all

I have just started stims (will be my 3rd injection of FSH & Buserelin tonight). I was on zoladex (in temporary menopause) for 4 months leading up to this and been told my lining is super thin (I think that’s good) so they need to plump up the follicles now.

I’m just wondering how long I might have to do stims for? I’ve read it’s about 10 days but I guess it’s different for everyone and the clinic won’t give a straight forward answer.

First time doing this after over a years wait so it’s all new!

Hey Sarah,

I stimmed for 12 days and then 36 hours later I had egg retrieval. Some people can stim from anywhere between 10-17 days! It all depends on when you are ready, hence all the scans!
