Early period after HSG test

This is my 2nd cycle after hsg dye test. I have a 25 days cycle and I see that it's messed up after hsg test. Period comes in 19-20 days, i don't understand why and how? I spoke to the gynac n she said I am taking too much stress. Yes stress is there n stress was there earlier too, but my cycle never got disrupted. Pls let me know if there is something I need to check

I think it may just be it’s knocked it a bit of our routine. I wouldn’t worry too much as it’s going to make it worse unfortunately. Just keep an eye on it and if it’s still not regular in 3 months I’d go to the doctor

I agree with Jaygee. Don’t try to worry about it this time but if it happens again do push for them to investigate further.

I had crazy cycles for a while 21 days, then 28 days and was told it was normal... and my ovaries are working fine... unexplained infertility was the diagnosis. My actual diagnosis is diminished ovarian reserve and I think my crazy cycle is because my ovaries are working damn hard each month to ovulate. Xxx

Hi there sorry to bother you so far down the line. I have diminishing Overian reserve and I am about to do a hsg. My amh level is 4.5 I also believe DOR is the reason for my ‘undiagnosed infertility’ can I ask what your score was if you’ve fallen pregnant naturally how long you have been trying and if you’re hsg was painful? I am 33
