Late medicine panic!!!

I'm stuck outand forgot to bring my clexane and my cyclogest suppositories with me and really worried I won't be home for like 4 hours so I'm going to be 4 hours late are we going to be ok? so worried?

Hey dont be so hard on yourself. I am sure things will get better. Just make sure that when you get home you take them. Dont be so stressed about this. Good luck to you. Stay calm and positive. Hoping for the best. Talk to the doctor in case you are still stressed.

It’s ok I left my cyclogest at home once called hospital in panic and they said it was fine there is an allowance for that so you will be ok with 4 hours x

Thank you. I just took them but lying in bed now beating myself up a bit. My brain is all over the place this cycle I feel really frazzled and tired
