Buserelin

Been injecting buserelin acetate for six days now. Very swollen around the tummy and bloated. Today felt extremely vulnerable/ wobbly and emotional. Has anyone else experienced this and is there anything that can help?

I am sorry I can't answer. Unfortunately some people do get quite bruised. Are you pinching a good amount of skin to pierce the injection into?

Bloating and emotional roller coaster - yes that is normal.

Unfortunately all sounds like normal side effects. You might get on better injecting in your thigh if you are injecting in a bloated tummy?

I experienced all of they side effects unfortunately there isn’t much you can do to relieve them. I managed them better by ensuring i take some time for myself every day (so went for a walk, swimming, out for lunch, relaxing bath etc) I also used my thigh when my tummy became too sore to inject. Good luck xx

Hello, yes I had buserelin to suppress my endo and didn’t have any symptoms apart from the odd hot flushes. However I have been emotional since coming off so perhaps it’s normal. Wishing you all the best sweetie xxx
