1 day post egg collection feeling very sore and experiencing a dodgy tummy. Is this normal? 8 collected 5 fertilised. Praying they survive!

Hi all. I cannot believe I am on this post already! Transfer has been provisionally booked for Thursday and I am having acupuncture afterwards. Last check of my lining on Friday it was already 12.4. Been drinking lots of water, a glass of pomegrante juice a day and eating lots of leafy greens for iron. Due to lupus and having antiphospholipids I have to take clexane and baby aspirin from today as well as two pesssaries a day from yesterday (aren't they delightful!) My only concern apart from feeling a bit sore is having an upset tummy since early evening yesterday. Was thinking it could be from the ibuprofen pessary they give after collection? Not eaten anything that would normally cause me upset. Any ideas? Last time I had a GA for my hysteroscopy in Feb I had severe constipation (sorry if too much info) Wondering whether to have a break from food before transfer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Wishing you all baby dust in your journeys xx
