Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this
I know it's not advised to use ovulation kits with pcos but I needed to try something.
I had the flashing smiley face around 5 days ago and it's not gone to the solid smiling face.
Does this mean my estrogen levels are high all the time and that's what's it's reading- but not enough to indicate actual ovulation as in the levels are rising and then just don't rise any further to induce it ?
Just feeling a bit downhearted because when I first got the smiley flashing face I was so happy because I thought that meant I wasn't ' broken' fertility wise and I'm pretty sure you shouldn't have the raised hormone for that long ?

I had the same problem. Once I had the flashing face for 9 days, other times only for one. Unfortunately with us they are not so accurate. Keep using them but, to be sure, try to have intercourse 3 times a week anyway and every week. Good luck!
I use clearblue but not the flashing smiley face version. The one I use just has an empty circle for negative and a smiley for positive. It’s much less stressful because it gives you a definitive yes or no xx
Oh man these clear blue drive me nuts....I got cheapy ovulation sticks on amazon recommended by one of the ladies here and I much prefer them.
Everytime I use clear blue I get a solid smiley and just don't trust them!
