Where to have the HCG pregnancy test - please help!

Hello there,

Just looking for some advice. We are having treatment abroad and will need to organise a pregnancy blood test for when we return home.

What did people do? It seems our local Nuffield private hospital will do it but the results take 4 days to return! I can’t wait that long!!

I used MediChecks online. Results were within a day or two (as long as it wasn’t sent back over the weekend).

I went to my GP. Got the result the next day but that might be luck in my area (Cumbria). They should do it for you though, I explained fully why I needed it xx

I just phoned my gp and asked if they could do it!! They were fine and booked me in! Once one was done they booked my next one for 48hrs later xx
