HCG tests where?

I see people posting the HCG tests every few days. Is that done by the NHS?

Is it something private or you can do at home?

in any case where do you book the tests?

I did mine at a private clinic (doesn’t have to be an IVF clinic, most clinics that do blood tests will do them). Cost about £90 each test…. 🫤

they aren’t available as standard on the NHS - I paid privately - look for a local private maternity services clinic

I did them at my clinic. First was included with the FET cost. Any repeated tests cost £50 a pop x

My GP does them as they see it as a medical issue, and tbf after losses and a PUL where I only found out through having HCGs done, I agree. But I've also used medichecks (online company so you do a finger prick test at home and post it, about £55 per test) and my IVF clinic now offers one after a BFP whereas they used to charge.

I’ve used medichecks loads of times and they’re great really easy to use and quick results within 24hrs if you tick the box that says results only and no gp response xx
