Gonal f - bloating?

Hi ladies,

I've just taken my 3rd gonal f injection and i've been feeling very bloated today! Is it normal to feel bloated after only 2/3 injections? I'm on the 150 dosage so definitely not the highest dose either...

I was on gonel-f 150ml too. I only felt bloated towards the end but I also have a pretty high tolerance. Having said that I did find that I couldn't fit into some of my loose trousers so maybe I was bloated and I just didn't know. However the one thing that really drove me insane was the headache. I really hope you won't have that, but with hope of having a baby, anything is tolerable!! Hang in there X 💗

Good to know that bloating is normal! I did have some terrible headaches yesterday but didn't make the connection with the injections actually! In any case you're right - it's all for a good cause xx

I’m on menopur, also 3rd day and I’m bloated today, I can’t remember being bloated this early last time though. I’ve also had headaches for the last 2 days. I’ve got my first check up scan tomorrow to see what’s going on, when’s yours?

Are you on the same dosage as last time? My first scan is next Monday, after 6 days of injections - seems a bit late for the first scan compared to other ladies but putting faith in the doctor!

I’m on day 3 of Gonal F dosage at 450!! and experiencing bloating too - my clinic isn’t seeing me until day 8 for a scan which is next Wednesday
