Just a lil update really... weve got our consultant appointment on thursday to sogn consent etc about our frozen transfer which will be going ahead this cycle. We have 4 embies and we have 2 more to go on the nhs. Do i have all 4 embies thawed so that they can choose the best one, and if it fails then we can do a whole new round on our final round with nhs and hopefully have more frozen if needed.... or do i only have like 2 thawed and keep the rest?? Really not sure... as if this fails and we have embies left they will have to be used for my final go on nhs of it fails??
Also, any thoughts on whether to have 1 or 2 transferred?? Im 32 and have one tube removed xxx

Hi destiny121. Usually they thaw 2 embryos at a time. If they both survive the thawing process it is likely that they will offer to put both back into you. See what they advise. Hope all goes well for yu. Diane
They usually do it in stages so they dont waste any embryos....for example if one doesnt thaw they will try another one. You may not be allowed to transfer two depending on your clinic, some are pretty strict that if you are under a certain age they will only do one due to the high risk of multiple pregnancy.....best to check with clinic. Good luck.xx
