Update on FET

So, after my previous post I thought I’d pop by and say what the consultant said.

Basically, we are going to try a “dummy run” of an unmedicated cycle, as I’m on day 4 today he wants me in mid cycle this time to see if my body does play ball, with the possibility if it does to transfer!!

If not we will then do medicated on my next cycle! Fingers crossed this unmedicated way works out!

Any tips for thickening lining naturally would be appreciated! Anything I can do to help this unmedicated be successful would be great! ❤️

Good luck. I had follow up appointment today and mg consultant has recommended we go for a natural FET for our only frozen embryo. Have to phone on first day of period to get the ball rolling 🤞 for us both xxx

Hello there! I’ve no tips to thicken lining but I imagine maintaining good blood flow to your uterus would be beneficial. Keep your feet and lower back warm and have lots of warm, nourishing drinks and food. Drinking enough water seems to help with most things too. Good luck xx
