I have my FET on Thursday, this will be our 2nd transfer as the first fresh one failed in February. Feeling super nervous this time tho!
I started my 2 x 200mg utrogestan twice a day on Saturday and I’ve been getting period like cramps which I’ve assumed is down to the progesterone.. My question is, I’m currently day 23 of my cycle (my natural cycle would be 28 days).. I always get period pains around this time so am really confused! I bled before even testing on my first transfer and scared that it will happen again! Does cycle length really matter with a medicated FET? Xxx

Hi jenjen84. Try not to worry about this as your medicated FET has been prepared to suit you, so hopefully your womb lining will be ready for transfer tomorrow. Just wanted to wish you well with it, and of course for success. I shall be thinking of you. Diane
Good luck for transfer tomorrow! 🍀 Quite often frozen cycles are better than fresh because your body has recovered from stimms, & ec, etc. Cycle length shouldn’t make a difference, as the medication is used to override this. J x
