Period while injecting

Hi All

This is my second round of IVF so I really should know this, but I think buserelin has made me a bit forgetful (well that's what I'm blaming).

Anyways, I started with the injections on Saturday 14th April and my period was due on 18th April. It still hasn't arrived. I can't remember what happened the first time around. If I still had my period and if it was on time.

Was wondering if anyone could offer any thoughts? I have rang the clinic and one of the nurses is going to call me back but I thought there was no harm in popping the question on here.

My period was a few days late during my second ivf cycle and the nurse just delayed my next appointment by a week. I wouldn’t worry too much, just let the clinic know and they’ll tell you what to do.

I was told that buserelin can delay your period for up to 2 weeks. Mine came bang on time but it seems common for it to be delayed by at least a few days x
