Hot flushes

Hello has anyone having hot flushes while on the sniffers and if so how are you coping with them. I find it very hard at night time to sleep been up half the night one minute roasting next freezing thank you

I didn't have the same medication as you but when I was on Menopur and Cetritide I had hot flushes and would be sweating in the night, I just drank lots of water as I wasn't sure if there was anything that could help with them.

They’re horrible! They do reduce once you start stims. Some people find it helpful to have a fan by the bed for when you wake up too hot. The only option during the day is wearing layers! I will confess, I don’t mind a daytime hot flush as I’m usually a cold soul, but the lack of sleep at night is very hard. Just remember, it will pass. Xx

I slept under a sheet, with the radiator off & a back up blanket to pull over my middle if I got cold. Nightmare, totally feel for you x
