Is anyone else really struggling with hot flushes at the moment?? I’m currently 7dp5dt and feel like I’m going through early menopause.
Today my colleagues have got the heating on as it’s actually quite chilly here and I feel like a sweaty mess!
I don’t know if it’s a side effect of the Cycogest or if it’s a sign of anything but I’m hoping some others are experiencing this too??
I’ve even wake up in the middle of the night in a hot sweat lately (I go to bed so cold I have to put socks on). I’m a bit worried about it really as I’m sure I read somewhere you’re not supposed to get too hot (hence the no hot baths)
Does anyone have any tips?!?
Love and baby dust to you all 💕

I have been this past week but I was only on norethisterone in prep for my first IVF. I've waken up in a sweaty mess for days... one morning out of curiosity I took my BbT and it was near 99F (and I'm not sick nor have a fever).
Sorry I don't have any advice for you. I know you can get cooling blankets - it's like a mattress pad you put under yourself and it can control your temp but that seems quite extreme and expensive.
My otd is tomorrow and I'm the same - go to bed with thick socks on as freezing cold but wake up sweaty. Like you I worried about the raise in my temperature so hopefully someone can put our minds at ease.
I guess though there are women getting pregnant in baking hot countries so I'm sure it's fine
Are you taking progesterone as this can cause the raise in temperature. I really wouldn't worry about raised body temperature having a negative effect on possible BFP. But just to say I had a raised temperature on my last IVF cycle and just given my daughter a bath so ! ✌🏽
Hey am feeling the same !! Good to know that prob the pessaries though. Did wonder why like u was so up n down in temp! These pessaries are hard a😏 hope u doing ok now ☺️
