Severe pain 7 weeks pregnant

Has anyone else experienced gripping pains at 7 weeks? We had our scan on Thursday and was told all is fine. My ovaries are still enlarged and so the nurse said I would likely have a bit of discomfort up until 12 weeks. But I woke up yesterday in agony. For 5 hours I had burning cramp-type pains in my lower left abdomen (ovary?), pretty constant but every minute or so it would increase to and get even worse. I really was in agony and couldn’t move and felt dizzy and almost passed out from the pain. No sign of bleeding. My temperature at one point dropped to 34 which I think is very low.

After a couple of hours we rang an ambulance, but had to wait hours for it and then eventually it just stopped. We cancelled the ambulance and went to our GP as I could move again. He really didn’t know what it could be and just recommended I rest. Said that he found traces of protein and blood in my urine but wasn’t worried.

Anyway, yesterday evening I was fine. Then this morning at 9am it starts again. 2 hours of agonising pain, feeling like my ovary is bursting and like my cervix is opening. Then it eases off before coming back at midday for another hour or so. Now it has stopped again, although I can only sit up dead straight and can’t walk around easily.

Has anyone ever had this? I’m so scared that something bad is happening and I don’t know what to do.

Thanks all xxx

Thanks. Yesterday I spoke to senior clinician on the phone, nurse from ivf clinic and saw my gp yesterday and none of them knew what it is. They said it sounds like ectopic but I had my scan on Thursday and it was all normal. I’m just really hoping I don’t get it back tomorrow. Doesn’t seem very common. Just want to hear from someone that has been through similar thing and can reassure me that it’s all going to be ok.

Bless u. Least it isn't ectopic. That's a relief. I'm sure if anyone on here has, experienced something similar they'll be in touch I hope it doesn't happen again hun.

Will they scan you again soon 💗🤗😘
