Can’t quite believe we made it to this point. It was absolutely incredible seeing our wee wriggler moving all around, kicking and moving its arms. Was blown away at all they do in your scan too and all you can see. Simply amazing. Had a bit of a scare last week and was in hospital in absolute agony. A very enlarged ovary and possible rupture with fluid. Never experienced anything like it. Apparently common for IVF. Has anyone ever he this? Not sure when my ovary will go back down to a more normal size.
it was a huge relief to see our wee one all fine after the traumatic event.
Thanks so much for everyone’s messages over the past 2 years throughout our journey. Definitely got me through when I wasn’t quite sure I would. I often doubted we’d ever get here. Don’t give up ladies who are still trying. Keep up the fight and the positive vibes. Some days are totally rubbish and you feel you never will. I’ve been there.
Just in awe of the wee miracle growing inside me. 🥰💞

Thank you! I've never seen anything like it! I'm due 12th May according to my IVF dates but measuring a bit ahead. I wont actually go as long as that as it's usually a few weeks before with twins.xx
Yay! Massive milestone reached! Sorry to hear about your enlarged ovary and stint in hospital, but so happy for you that everything is well with your little one. Lots of love. x
Fab I’m am 14th May. I’ve heard if you’ve done IVF they don’t let you go over your due date so will have to find out as pregnancy progresses. All the best for next few weeks before 20 week scan xx
Aww thank We are due our second daughter on 3rd April. We didn’t expect to be so lucky again very surprised . All the best with your pregnancy hope all goes well & smoothly Xx
Many congratulations! My ovaries still showed as enlarged at our 12 week scan I think it might be normal but they do warn about them rupturing or twisting, they told me to drink minimum 2l of water a day, I've barley left the loo! Congrats again xx
