Lining measurements

Hey, going through my last cycle, donated egg, have had issues getting lining to thicken. Had some bleeding last week, thought my journey was over 😞 Thankfully still intact but only at 5.3mm but is a good triple lining? Nurse said they may transfer at 6mm if it's a decent lining. Anyone with any experience of the same?? Thanks xxx

I had thin and decreasing lining on our 3rd round and embryo transfer had to be delayed. They gave me aspirin and viagra to improve blood supply prior to FET. It hadn't been an issue before and the explanation was "It happens sometimes". We had to wait a month to do FET. I found it very frustrating to have to wait longer but nothing I could do about it.

Hi there, was that in a NHS hospital they prescribed those meds as it's never been mentioned by the nursing staff at any appointments? Thanks for info xxx

We were self funding private patients at a private clinic as too old for NHS! The consultant discussed it with me rathrr than a nurse. Might be worth asking if they could check with the consultant about different protocol to support lining development.

Acupunture is supposed to help blood supply to womb to help thicken the lining. I would also try drinking full fat milk too xx
