Lining help!

Just had my scan for FET and lining was only 5.7mm 😢 nurses have said it’s normal and they’ll scan again Wednesday but can’t see how it can grow so much in just two days?? My last FETs I’ve always had lining above 8mm so cant work out why it’s so different this time. I was in prognova instead of ellesette but can’t think what else. Anyone been in a similar situation and any tips for boosting lining?xx

Yep, mine grew from 7mm to 8.8mm in 2 days, but I was on a huge dose of Progynova.

That’s what concerns me they haven’t upped my dose I’m still on 4 a day, the nurse said it’s normal but as it didn’t happen in the last 2 I’m freaking out a bit!xx

Don't worry, they'll keep you on the Progynova and increase the dose if they need to, or they'll try you on oestrogen patches. My FET got put back a week because my lining wasn't thick enough. I am still taking a whopping 10 Progynova a day 😳

Oh damn, sorry to read this! Hopefully it’ll go up. Apparently you can be on these for weeks and weeks if needs be, so I’m sure that they’ll get there. Crossing my fingers for you

Mine was 5.4 and went up to 6 after a week so had transfer 10 days later and I was all good. Now in 2ww. I did get patches so maybe ask about that at the next scan? I tried everything to get it thicker on this FET as my first was cancelled because it didn’t get above 4! So frustrating so I hope you’ll be fine at your next scan xx

Hi Core, i was told my doctor that having pomogranate seeds during this time helps thicken the lining .. give it a try ..

Good luck! I had the exact same issues. It’s so frustrating. Mine was 7.1mm yesterday and I have FET next week xxxxx
