Hello!

Just after a bit of advice thanks

I have been for a scan to check if my lining is thick enough for a FET but it only measured 6mm so now have to double the progynova and have another scan on Sat.

Has anyone else had this and know of anything that can help thicken my lining?

TIA xxx

I had to double the progynova in both my FETs and it worked.. Sometimes the lining is a little slow but give it time and it will get there..

As for foods, apparently walnuts, Avos and raspberry leaf tea are meant to promote healthy lining, not sure if there’s much truth in it though! Best of luck for the up and coming couple of weeks xxx

Thank you, I’m surprised they want to rescan again so soon after just 1 day of double dose. Can it change that quick? Think they are aiming for between 7-8 x

Mine went up 1.2mm between being scanned initially on a Tuesday and then going back on a Thursday so yes, it can increase. My last FET I had to have yet another scan after my second but it did get there! Good luck for Saturday xx

You can try Viagra? Crush 25mg tablet with a small amount of vaginal moisture cream and insert with the applicator twice a day! 👍👍

Not heard of that before but guessing it increases the blood flow! Interesting one x

I also had this problem! Didn’t think I was ever gonna get there but it only delayed me by a week. I also had to increase my dose. I drank red raspberry leaf tea as its really recommended and tried to keep active and walk everyday to increase blood flow. Also foods/drinks high in vitamin e such as kiwi fruits and also found a smoothie very rich in vitamin e (it didn’t taste very nice but was willing to try anything)

You will get there.

Good luck x

Mine was exactly the same and they doubled my doseage and it went up to 8mm 2 days later. My transfer was another 4 days after that.

And surprisingly I didn’t feel any additional side effects from the medication by upping the doseage.

That’s good as I’m finding I feel sick and very gassy but hopefully it won’t get any worse then x

Yeah I was pretty bad on them but it didn’t get much worse considering it was double dose. 🤞
