Does anyone know if maca is ok for implantation? I've been having smoothies once a day with pomegranate, acai, blueberrys, spirulina powder, flaxseed powder and maca powder. Does anyone know of this is ok it might be too much? Is there such a thing as having action much of a thick lining that it won't implant? I'm not sure wether to tone it down or not as I've started taking pessaries now too, don't want to over do it! Xx

Iv never heard of it being good for implantation just help to balance hormones do what they're supposed to do I have it every morning in my morning smoothie too not with flax seeds though with chia seeds. I do believe the core of pineapple helps with implantation but you have to take it after you've ovulated and for about 5 days after the enzyme bromalain inside it is helpful. Although I did stop taking maca when I was pregnant last and I lost it so I made the desicion I would carry on next time I fall on. Just for the sake of hormones. It's really for you to decide or maybe talk with your gp see what they think. Sorry wasn't much help. Xx
We're maca fans too! I believe it's been a factor in my DH's massive improvements in his sperm mobility💪🏊😄 I go through phases of taking it, I don't think it can hurt? Id say deffo keep it until you conceive and then when you do check with a doctor, it's based on a vegetable I think?! So I think it's going to be ok😊
Where all good things come from.... amazon😄 we get the capsules. I read somewhere that the whiter coloured powder ones (rather than a brown colour) are better for fertility. This is just based on googling and may be completely wrong!🙈🤣
Be careful how much spirulina you have. Excess vitamin A is very bad for embryos - I realised the spirulina tablets I was taking were high in vitamin A so I stopped them completely xx
