Little Embie on board! - what supplements to stop? / tips

Firstly thank you all so much for your responses yesterday!. Little embie now on board! Out of my 4 , i had one 5aa that has been put in. Two others that are close but not quite there yet to freeze ( they are letting me know tomorrow) my lining just made it at 6.5! Hopefully thick enough!

I do have a question on what things I should stop taking now. I'm currently on

Dha, Q10, maca, l-arginine, vit c, e, d, folic acid, spriulina powder, raw cacao powder, flaxseed, pomegranate and beetroot juice, whole milk & kefir

Also any tips or superstitions?! I've had my Macdonalds chips and will lay on left side whilst eating all of the pineapple with a hot water bottle on my feet?! ..anything else? Xx

Just out of curiosity, are McDonald’s chips and pineapple good for implantation? 😂 is the hot bottle meant to keep the womb warm? All the best anyway! x

I continued my q10 and prenatal vit as I read it helps prevent miscarriages...not much info on it...but I took a chance...stopped q10 at 12 weeks...good luck...snap on 5AA xx
