2ww is killing me

This is my first post but I have reading all your posts and comments since starting my treatment at the beginning of this month. We had a successful ICSI ET last Monday and I have been very happy and hopeful but today I started to spot brown blood and I have more period like pain than I did before. I am freaking out! I don't know how I can make it to Friday without testing early or going mad! How many of you have had this same thing? Just looking for some reassurance and hoping to get good news on Friday!

PS - you are all an inspiration and I hope you all get your little bubs soon!
