2ww killing me!!

I’m on 10dp 5dt and im so close to saying ‘stuff it’ and doing a test. There’s been different ways of doing the otd by different clinics I’ve seen (some 14 days after egg collection and some 14 days after transfer) I’ve been advised 14 days after transfer even though I had 5dt. Today I have pmt and heavy-ish period feeling. I know this can be a normal symptom but it’s playing with my head. Should of had my normal period Monday gone and nothing so far. It’s so hard to wait!! What would you do? All of you on here are so supporting and I love you all. You are the best and I’m routing for everyone no matter what the outcome. Hope and baby dust to you all 😘😘😘 xx

I don't want to encourage you to go against your clinic but 14 days after transfer is the longest I've heard of! Ours was 2 weeks and two days after collection so 11dp5dt or 13dp3dt and I guess the main reason is to make sure the trigger drug is out of your system which it should be by then. And also to make sure the HCG levels are high enough to pick up on a test, which again should be by now.

I found the last 3 days of the 2WW absolutely agonising so I really feel for you, you have to do what feels right for you though and also your clinic will have their reasons for the time frame so maybe you could speak to them?

Thanks for the info. I’ve bought a clear blue early detection test and I really want to do it in the morning but my hubby says to wait till Monday. He’s a goodie too shoes 😂😩 x

We've all been there, it's as bad as it can get, I hated the 2ww and didn't let it play on my mind and started testing 3dp5dt. I got my bfp on day 6.... at this stage the only symptoms I got was a lot of cramps in my belly and I could feel them in my back too.

My clinic had asked me to wait for 12dp5dt, but stress got the best of me...

I had the same otd 14 days post 5day blast transfer.

I had af type symptoms and took an early test two days before otd date which was bfp. Didn’t believe it till otd and then after the 4 consecutive poas tests after though.

I'd of cracked by now- hell I started testing just because the tests arrived. If its a negative it doesn't mean you're out but then if it's a positive you get to experience the joy sooner. Good luck x

Wow. My clinic advised me to wait for 16 days after embryo transfer day (5days embryo)

But I couldn't wait and done my first pregnancy on day 6 🙈 and it's was very thin second line. 🐣

My OTD was always 11 days after transfer with 5 day blast. I tested early both times as well x

I cycled at the same time as another lady on here, EC and ET on the same day. Her OTD was several days later than mine. Mine was 9dp5dt. Unfortunately a BFN but knowing sooner helped me process it all sooner. I'm hoping for a BFP no matter when you test xx

Can def understand it agonising. I've got to wait til next Wednesday which is 16 days after et I believe. It hard. I get on and off cramps as if period coming oh I don't know. Wishing u a bfp!! U can do it☺️

In theory you’re supposed to have enough hormones in your body 9dp5dt, the clinics just make you wait longer to be certain and reduce the chance of you knowing about a CP. There are stories of ladies getting BFN at 9dp5dt and getting BFP later but most know by this point. By tomorrow you should have an answer. Good luck!

Chemical pregnancy, or a really really early miscarriage (I believe up to 5 weeks pregnant is a CP.
