2WW is killing me HELP

I had a double frozen embryo transfer last Thursday and the two week wait is absolutely killing me… I’ve got a long way to go yet as well please somebody say something that’s going to try and keep me sane and help me feel a bit better LOL. Thanks in advance

I always try to keep myself busy in the dreaded TWW. Little things around the house, long walks or meeting up with friends. Hope it goes by quickly for you. I’m currently awaiting my next FET and trying to decide if I do double this time around.

Absolutely, the two-week wait can feel like an eternity! Keeping busy can definitely help pass the time, even though it's tough. Remember to take care of yourself and try to focus on activities that bring you joy and relaxation. Hang in there, you're doing great, and sending positive vibes your way! xx

Currently in my 2ww too! Transferred on Tues. So symptoms no nothing and no idea if its doing OK. You're not alone in this!

it’s so stressful. Try if you can to go on nice walks, read a good book and watch mindless tv. It’s the only way to pass the time without going stir crazy!

Hi lovely. I think acceptance is important. It's so normal to feel anxious and find it hard to focus during your TWW, and trying to push those feelings away can sometimes only make it harder.

I would make your life as easy as possible by making sure you only have social commitments with people you can actually talk to/feel relaxed around. I'd also recommend doing things with your hands: cooking/jigsaws/crafting (my TWW was the one and only time in my life I got into puzzles 😂). Short guided meditations might also feel good!

I had my transfer on Wed last week, so blood test at the clinic on Friday. I’m debating whether to actually have the blood test or just do a pregnancy test at home over the weekend so I can deal with the outcome privately. I’m absolutely convinced it hasn’t work!

hi, thanks for your message. Try and not worry I’m not just saying it I had quite a heavy bleed with my daughter and she was absolutely fine. It felt like a normal period xx this is also happened to a few of my friends recently. When is your test date? Are you based in the UK? X
