Zoladex - no period yet

It's been 4 months and a week since my Zoladex injection (12-week, supposedly) post-lap, and no sign of ovulation or periods yet. What is happening? As someone who has never had a regular period in my life, I'm getting so anxious that my ovaries are never going to 'switch on' again 😩 Has anyone else had this happen? I'm only 31!

At my acupucturist's request, I've been monitoring my temperature every morning for 2 months, and it's always the same: 35.9 to 36.3. Nothing happening. Nada. She knows the situation is bad, but it continues to surprise her every time. Even with the most intense acupuncture that's meant to stimulate the area. What now? 😭
