I finished a 5 day course of norethisterone five days ago but my period has still not arrived, I was told it would come 2-3 days after stopping the tablets. I started taking 5mg twice daily on CD 21.
My cycle is normally 35-40 days if the norethisterone worked I should have started bleeding on day 28 but it is just not playing ball!! Now on day 30. Why is it not working!!! 😔
When I had to take these I didn’t bleed until around 7 days after stopping. It was so frustrating waiting for it xx
It was about 7 days after for me when I took these and actually they said it could likely be the next week 🤞🏽 It starts soon for you 🤗 xx
Every one is different - with you having a longer cycle it might take a bit take a bit longer for the bled to start If still no bleeding after 2/3 weeks get in touch with your clinic/nurse for adviceJanet

It took me 9 days after stopping to have one so it could be on the way still. Good luck xx
