Any tips/advice on helping to get pregnant

Hi Guys

I'm going to be doing my 2nd round of IUI this week, i just wondered if you all had any tips/advice on getting achieving pregnancy, certain foods, diet, or is it just down to luck?

I have quite a good diet and get plenty of exercise every day, im taking fertility multivitamins but i'm not sure what else I can do.

Has anything else worked for you.

I wouldn't say that it is just down to luck but sometimes some women are really lucky even drinking coffee while trying to get pregnant and while even being pregnant. so it depends, but it'd be no harm if you just try to follow all of those advice on how to boost your chances of pregnancy. I think all of those tips are really helpful for you health too.
