Two frosties transferring today! Any advice for transfer?

Just had the call to say they have continued to devide and they are looking at putting both back today! This will be a 2 day transfer. I'm feeling really positive about this and can' wait to get them back where they belong. But I'm so nervous, and scared it will hurt! Think I'm just being a wimp due to the hysteroscopy and biopsy I had being so painful.

Any advice for after transfer? I'e got a pineapple ready, been eating nuts and seeds and I do slimming world so eat a healthy diet. Anything else I can do?

Well thank you for all your advice and well wishes so far, you are all so supportive. Good luck to others having transfers today and good luck to all on your journeys. xxxx

Best of luck to you! I would advise to just rest, do minimal for the first week. No housework or exercise apart from light walking x

pineapple is good for implantation. well its not true. The same goes for green tea, raspberry leaves, bananas, tofu and 101 other so-called implantation foods. If your uterus needed specific foods to boost implantation, your clinic would have prescribed them.

The reason it’s dangerous to fixate on specific foods around implantation is that they may cause more harm than good. They detract you from what you should be doing: eating a balanced diet from at least three months before your fertility treatment starts. Avoid processed foods, limit your sugar, eat good carbohydrates, add in oily fish twice a week, don’t neglect proteins and pulses, take a daily multivitamin with folic acid
