Sounds like it could be implantation cramps so could be a good sign!

I know it's awful but try to relax. I read so much during our 2 week wait that in the end I wasn't sure what to believe!

I know what you mean. I said to my hubbie about it and he said its far too early yet to have any proper symptoms so stop worrying.

I read somewhere that you implant between 3 to 5 days after transfer and then somewhere else it's 24 hours. I thought I'd be more relaxed in the 2 week wait. But every twinge was stressful and about 5 days before test date started bleeding and spotting so was terrified every time I went to the toilet. Wish I'd tried to relax more!!

I had period type cramping and spotting from 7-9 days post transfer and thought it was all over. Turned out it was an implantation bleed cos I'm now nearly 6 weeks pregnant. x

Can I ask you was your spotting little spots of blood or just light bleeding?

It was brown in colour and fairly light, not as much as a period. I had one streak of faint pink which really freaked me out but that was it. The cramping definitely felt like I was getting a period. I'm still having odd funny feelings in my tummy but not cramping, I guess it means things are stretching.

Yes. I had quite a lot of brown spotting and light pink then sadly got my period. I literally screamed seeing the blood. So disappointing. But i have noticed before when we've had sex every 2 days my period is totally different. A few times ive had lots of brown spotting my period came late so wondered of we've been close a few times before.

I thought exactly the same thing. During this IVF I was taking a low dose of steroid as my progesterone was too high. I wonder if my NK cells have been high in the past preventing implantation and these steroids helped. There is nowhere to get immunological testing where I live so I wouldn't know.

I was convinced AF was arriving... Sore boobs, mild cramps and some microscopic spotting. I just felt pre menstrual! Then got the shock of my life with first BFP! I'm now 6 weeks 5 days. The trouble with symptom spotting is the symptoms are pretty similar between being pregnant and getting AF! Easier said but try not to over analyse. It doesn't change the outcome! Best of luck 🍀

Going for a nice walk with the dog after. Spend some time with my hubbie before he is back in work tomorrow as will barely see him next week. Xx

Hi Sam - I had AF type cramping throughout my 2ww before my BFP... fingers crossed this is a good sign. I don't really think that 2ww and relaxing go together but try to get as much rest and distract yourself with other things as much as possible. Good luck with the rest of your wait, your OTD will be here before you know it! x x x

Thank you mommabear16. Congrats on you bfp. I really hope its a good sign we have waited so long and worked so hard for our little miracle. Hopefully having my little fur baby will help distract me this time. We have a 9 month old crossbreed now so hopefully he will help me get through the 2ww. Im dreading the test day to be honest, would rather live in denial and just think of myself as pregnant as i am now xx
