I'm off all of nxt week then go back to wrk on the Tuesday after bank holiday and then half days wed, & thur and then I've booked off test day.
I guess I'll either be celerbrate get it crying .
Have to say even though my boyfriend was a complete twat last night , I'm feeling remarkably calm today and excited about the possibility of bringing embie home today - if not it will be Monday .

Ah, glad you feel better this morning! Is he full of regret today? Hope he has a sore head! 😊
When we transferred ours, we gave them nicknames and I think that helped us in a small way. You definitely have to treat it like you're pregnant now and watch alcohol and food. Good luck with the transfer!
I agree you have to look after yourself and treat yourself as though you are pregnant. I'm 7dp5dt and haven't had any symptoms whatsoever but I'm not gonna read too much into it because I know everyone is different. You're right to take it easy. I went back to work and have been super busy but it has helped to take my mind off things x
Hi everyone. Today I'm 5dp5dt and like you Tara I don't have any symptoms. I don't feel any different except that I pee a lot and have cramps when I sneeze. I rang the clinic and they told me to not worry as all pregnancies are different. I'm relieved to see that I'm not the only one with zero symptom.
Aimaim, you should definitely treat it like you are pregnant and maintain a good diet. I guess once they give you a picture of your embryo (s), your maternal instinct will kick in. Enjoy your transfer day tomorrow.
Transfer is a bit surreal and the sheer rediculousness hit me on ET number 2 when the embryologist popped his head through the hatch between his room and the transfer room. How many people does it take! Consultant, nurse, observing consultant, embryologist, you lying there with your legs up trying not to wet yourself due to the full bladder! So romantic NOT!!!!
It's amazing as you get to watch it all on the screen.
This made me laugh! It's so true - I hadn't thought of it like that but yes, for me I had consultant, nurse and then 2 embryologists popped in to do the name check while you're seated on that lovely chair, legs apart. The only person not there was my husband, he stayed in the other room. I emptied my bladder a little beforehand, was way too full otherwise! It's a very quick procedure at least.
