Embryo transfer today went well.

Embryo Transfer went well today, test day 18th August. I'm going to take it easy this time round and stay off work for 5 days, hubby so going to take care of the housework etc. The advice I was given was to take asprin from a positive test, eat well and not to drink any caffeine (which I don't anyway). If all well then ill have a scan 3 weeks after a positive test. Fingers crossed 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀from 7 embryos I have 4 to freeze, maybe a 5th which is a slow grower on day 5 - it will be monitored for an extra day .

Wow that's great news that you have a few to freeze! Did you ask about the aspirin or have they told you to take due to your history? I have been through 2 miscarriages so wondering whether it would be worthwhile me asking about too xx

Hi, thanks were relived to have some to freeze this time round. I was recommended asprin after my last miscarriage, I tested for hughs syndrome. Apparently with 75mg of asprin taken from a positive pregnancy test will give me 80% chance of full term. I would definitely ask if it's a good idea for yourself, especially after 2 miscarriages xx
