Is anyone else taking pregnacare conception vitamins??? Just want to make sure it's ok to be taking!!!xx

I'm taking pregacare vitamins by healthspan , I was just taking folic acid on it own for about 2 months then I started to take these about 6 weeks ago instead .

Hi pregnacare is great while ttc & stimming but move onto a pregnancy one during the 2ww x

Any pregnancy ones are ok as supposedly all the same these days. The main ingredients you need is vitamin d, folic acid and also take omega 3 too! Xx
