I was taking Coq10 and Dr told me to stop after EC. Others I don't know about. Best of luck tomorrow xxx

Good luck for tomorrow!! I’ve got all my fingers and toes crossed for you. I was told to stop taking my extremely large assortment of supplements vitamins and minerals after egg collection. I’ve just carried on with Pregnacare. Xx

Thank you! Been awake since 530am!! Pregnacare gave me really horrific heartburn so I was taking everything individually along with lots of stuff I’d researched. I’ll just continue with whatever’s in it and speak to them today.xx

I drank pomegranate juice daily after transfer on my last go and did get a bfp, obviously I will never know if it did help but worth a go xx

The only vitamins I took from transfer were folic acid and vitamin D, I stopped the others before egg collection! I read online that high levels of salt straight after transfer help the embryo so I went through the drive through on the way home and had a large portion of chips 🤣 I also wore fluffy socks to keep my feet warm and ate pineapple for a week! I’m now 19 weeks pregnant so can’t say if it all helped but I was literally willing to do anything. Good luck! Xxx

Hey! Good luck 🤞

Up until the transfer I took the hormones prescribed by clinic, and Folic Acid and vitamin D. That’s all. After I continues the same.

Hey hun - I read several articles that semen helps the uterine environment get ready for implantation. We dtd the night before transfer & 2 days after transfer & I got my bfp 5dp5dt.

Also did the drive through, kept feet warm & 8 x Brazil nuts a day.

Good luck hun xxx
