Even though I have done this twice before and was told that I should store in fridge my Gonal f, my new clinic said not too but I already have the meds and already have.
My clinic was adamant about keeping in fridge and transporting with a freezer bag. But I had one at room temp for a few days as I couldn't avoid it. If you read the leaflet with gonal f, it's no issue to keep at room temp but the shelf life is shorter. In the fridge, it lasts til expiry on the box. At room temp, it's 28 days I think. And I would think once you start using it, there's an even shorter time. I'd continue with it in the fridge if it's what you've been doing.
Also just make sure it's not cloudy before injecting as this would be a sign of contamination. The idea of keeping in fridge is to prevent contamination, I don't think storage conditions affect stability of the drug. At least, this is what the pharmacist at my clinic told me.
