My Ultrasound results (Hepatic steatosis)

I had my ultrasound results today and is as follows:

LIVER: 16.7 cm in craniocaudal dimension at the right lobe. Diffusely

increased in echogenicity. Main portal vein and hepatic veins are patent and

appropriate in direction of flow. No suspicious Ma

please I need tips on how to beat this. My weight is currently 250lb and I want to get it down to 220 to head to get enlisted into the airforce.
