yes i have this problem!! but i also have awful pain during sex, to the point that me and my partner barely have intercourse anymore, this is really starting to effect us but he is very good and patient, i find using heat pads, taking strong pain killers and a hot bath help although they do not completely get rid f the pain it does help a little.

i hope you find a way to manage this pain

Hi

Yes I get the same too, used to have a pain right as I orgasumed but at the moment it's just the pain for a few days but in almost constant pain at the moment . I too use a hot water bottle to ease my pain.

Yep me too, within an hour or so I start getting cramps, and sometimes spotting too :0( It's rubbish! My husband tries to be understanding but I can tell how difficult he finds it having sex so little!

Like the other ladies I too suffer with painful intercourse. I have pain with penetration and during sex and then after for a day or so. My husband is so understanding and patient, he even apologises and feels guilty causing me pain! Which then makes me feel guilty for him feeling like that! So it has affected our love life as not have intercourse as often. But that also cos of not feeling great with endo so not in mood for sex. As well as the hot water bottle, hot bath etc another thing I am trying is different positions during intercourse. I know it sounds silly, but I have found that the missionary position (me laying down, husband on top) causes the least pain. Don't get me wrong it doesn't abolish the pain totally, but it is slightly less than say a more deeper position such as doggy or me on top of husband lap etc. Another thing is not having intercourse all the time but still having fun i.e foreplay etc.
