Has anyone tried progesterone cream?

I've been suffering with endo for years and also have severe pms. Having tried Prozac for the last two years to help with the pms and having laparoscopies every few years I'm quite keen to try this more natural approach. I just wondered if any of you have tried progesterone cream and if it's helped you at all?

Hello! I recieved some information from my gynea on a recent visit. One of which was: Living With Endometriosis compiled by Endometriosis UK. Whilst i was having a flick through, I came across a section on progesterone cream, this is what it said:

"There is no evidence that progeserone cream is effective in the treatment of endometriosis. The amount absorbed is tiny and has no effect on women's periods."

I konw this may seem disappointing but I really hope you can find something that works for you!

Good luck xx
