How do I get bowel endo diagnosed?

Hi,

Im feeling really deflated today, just fed up of not getting concrete answers.

I had a lap last year, they removed superficial endo and endometrioma including adhesions which i was told was on my bowel wall.

Since my lap I've been getting more gastrointestinal symptoms. I had a transvaginal ultrasound which was suggestive of adhesions again with ovaries in downturned stuck position.

I've has tests to check presence of blood & inflammation in stool. No blood but raised inflammation, gastro where querying IBD.

I had a colonoscopy yesterday to check if anything was going on inside my colon but this was clear. In a way I was hoping for it to show something just to offer a clear explanation for my symptoms.

I just feel in the dark with it all today.

I've been accepted by a specialist endo centre but I expect a long wait to be seen.

Do you think asking for further tests in the meantime would help like an abdo MRI or CT?

I recommend a pelvic and abdo mri if you can get one , that's what showed up the bowel endo for me , I had ct scans and vag ultrasound before this

The CT Colonography diagnosed my bowel Endo and showed up all the endometriosis masses, I'm doing an MRI soon but this is just for a more thorough report/ picture before surgery.
