It seems to be full of contradictions.Also I have had progressively worsening bladder problems and blood in my stools, painful intercourse and pelvic pain.
That along side the endometriosis they found on my appendix, surely it is adhesions from endometriosis?

Clinical information, SAF. Endometriosis diagnosed on appendectomy,
History of multiple pelvic an abdominal problems. Rule out colon endometriosis and pelvic endometriosis.
MRI pelvis gynae, MRI abdomen
Hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo oophorectomy.
No pelvic mass. No pelvic free fluid.
No convincing endometriotic plaque no definite bowel wall infiltration. The rectosigmoid contacts the vaginal vault and maybe adherent. There are also fine adhesions between the vaginal vault. rectosigmoid and bladder. Normal appearance of the vagina, urethra and bladder.
No pathologically enlarged retroperitoneal, pelvic of inguinal lymph nodes.
Unremarkable appearance of the visualised abdominal viscera, no hydronephrosis. Cholecystectomy
The bone marrow returns normal signal
IMPRESSION
No convincing endometriotic plaque. There are fine adhesions between the vaginal vault, rectosigma and bladder which may be endometriotic or post surgical in origin. The rectosigmoid may be adhered to the vaginal vault..
