Hi, hope you are well, lets de-code some of this medical terminology for you!

- "The uterus is anteverted and anteflexed" = Position of uterus is tilted and bent forward.

Report mentions everything looks fine with uterus, nothing of concern.

- Ovaries are in normal position/no displacement

- "Small follicles" would usually indicate ovulation

- "There is slight smooth hypointense fibrotic thickening along the posterior surface of the posterior vaginal fornix. There are a couple of thin adhesions between the rectum and the posterior uterine surface. There is no muscle invasive rectal or sigmoid nodule." = There is a bit of thickening and some adhesions near the back of the vaginal area, between the rectum & back of uterus. No serious issues with rectum or bladder.

- In summary: No signs of conditions like adenomyosis. Some minor thickening and adhesions, but overall seems fine.

Hope this helps ❤️
