how to get help?

After 2 and a half years I'm undiagnosed, in pain and I don't know who to turn to. Is it best to go to a private endo centre? The nearest one to me is Spire at Elland Road hospital. Or there is a private GP nearby at the Tower Clinic with practitioners working with hormones and menopause but no endo specialist. Any thoughts gratefully received.

This is my history:

Experienced chronic pain for the last few years suspected endo, laparoscopy (in dec 2023) found adhesions on left ovary, but endo was not diagnosed.

I also have nerve pain, lower back ache and tingling pain through legs into feet. Went on a 6 month course of prostap which really helped symptoms. Was told by gynaecologist that the pain would go when my cycle returned and promptly discharged me without my knowledge. Three months after my last injection, my cycle hasn't returned but the symptoms (lower back ache, tingling legs and feet) have.

I am taking amitriptyline at the lowest dose which has helped but worried as the pro stap leaves my system that symptoms are returning. GP has referred me back to Gyny but haven't heard anything for 3 months.
