Hi All,
FYI. Article published today:
is this different to deinogest?
Great if you can tolerate synthetic progestin but for many of us with endometriosis we struggle with this. It affects our mental health, weight gain, super sore breasts and makes us paranoid. This is a tablet version of the coil isn't it???
on the bbc article it states
The new combination therapy pill will cost £72 for a 28-day supply, NICE said.
It works by blocking specific hormones that contribute to the condition, while also providing replacement hormones that are needed.
So is this any different to the combined pill? Trying to understand how it differs
Rugolex info says shouldn’t be used for more than 24 months and all the variants I googled say it contains lactose.
Not quite the miracle cure for us all huh?
I too would struggle with the progestin 🤦🏽♀️
