Hey, sorry me again 😂Just wondering if anyone with endo or endo symptoms has the mirena and how did it impact your pain? Did your pain pattern/cycle change at all?
(I've had it for a year now, just really curious to see how it's impacting other people and if anyone's pain has also changed from cyclical to constant or vice versa)

I had mirena slmost three years but there was constantly something not right, I experienced very strong pinching pain within my cervix - it came out this year that my womb has pushed iud down to the cervix which has been triggering the pain I have been experiencing most iften when on my period. I have beenfaining due to that pain, i took it out in April - now experiencing psinful af my periods
That sounds horrendous, sorry you went through that! It's worked well for me so far since it's stopped periods but I hate that the pain is constant now rather than a cycle, just can't win 😂 hope you're managing to find some relief from periods x
Yes Mirena has changed my pain patterns and I'm now tracking my symptoms to learn when they come up during my cycle. The biggest benefit for me was stopping the bleeding as that was impacting me too much
Have you found tracking symptoms helpful? I think I'll look into doing something similar to find out what the triggers are. Glad the mirena has been working for you, I've found it great so far but the change from cyclical to constant pain is not so great 😂 x
